5. Compliance with State-Specific Legal Rules

• LDAs are only permitted in certain states (e.g., California, Arizona, Texas) and must adhere to limitations such as document preparation only and no legal advice.
• Users from states where LDAs are unauthorized (e.g., New York, New Jersey) cannot submit tickets to LDAs.
• Attorneys handling cases must be licensed in the state where the ticket was issued.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• If an attorney or LDA offers a money-back guarantee and the case is unsuccessful, OtmenaTicket will request a refund from the specialist and issue a refund to the client through Stripe.
• If a specialist declines the case, the user will receive a full refund.
• All fees paid for services without a money-back guarantee are non-refundable.

• OtmenaTicket is a communication platform only and does not provide legal services or advice.
• OtmenaTicket does not endorse or recommend any specific attorney or LDA.
• OtmenaTicket does not make any representation regarding the qualifications, expertise, or credentials of any specialist.
• OtmenaTicket is not liable for errors, omissions, or unsuccessful disputes handled by third-party specialists.
• Any legal services provided through OtmenaTicket are performed by independent attorneys or LDAs, and any attorney-client relationship, if applicable, is established solely between the user and the specialist handling their case, not with OtmenaTicket.
